Kiwis are a great fruit to incorporate into your diet. Kiwis are full of Vitamin C, Fiber (2g per fruit!) and Potassium. Kiwis are also known to improve sleep and reduce constipation. This kiwi strawberry protein shake is a great way to start your day off healthy and has 7 gram of fiber!
SFH Kiwi Strawberry Whey Protein Shake - 1 Serving
- 1 scoop SFH PURE Whey Vanilla protein powder
- 3 oz. 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 Kiwi
- ½ banana
- Add ice to reach desired consistency
Blend the ingredients together (without ice) until mixed thoroughly. If desired, add ice and blend to desired consistency.
