Kiwis are a great fruit to incorporate into your diet. Kiwis are full of Vitamin C, Fiber (2g per fruit!) and Potassium. Kiwis are also known to improve sleep and reduce constipation.  This kiwi strawberry protein shake is a great way to start your day off healthy and has 7 gram of fiber!

SFH Kiwi Strawberry Whey Protein Shake - 1 Serving

 

Ingredients:

 Blend the ingredients together (without ice) until mixed thoroughly. If desired, add ice and blend to desired consistency. 

335 calories / 3g fat/ 43g carbs/ 36g protein

 

For a stronger Strawberry flavor use SFH Strawberry Fuel instead of SFH PURE Whey Vanilla.
